Challenge
With the aim of attracting a wider audience for their personal approach to banking, specialist UK bank Shawbrook asked us to define their position in the marketplace, gain a greater understanding of who their customers are and what they need, and to refresh their brand.

Approach
To bring this purpose to life we developed the theme ‘Proudly Different’ to turn the uniqueness of each customer’s history and aspirations into a source of pride, rather than a barrier to financial assistance. The visual and verbal language inspired by the different perspectives, observations and unique details that help make each customer ‘story’ unique. 

Results
Our comprehensive refresh included the creation of a bold master logo and strapline, a staff mini-brand guide, posters and a brand video, a new website and online experience created by our sister digital agency, Equator and a suite of launch communications for internal and external audiences.
